For day 2 of Debbie's birthday dress blog tour, I am excited to have the lovely Erin from hungie gungie along.  I found Erin (and her sister Caroline's) blog a couple of months ago and found a connection with her and her sister Caroline for a few reasons.  1/ They named their blog after one of their 'Mom's' culinary creations.  We have a few family favourites too that nobody else would recognise!  2. Erin and I have three children of similar ages and both love to sew (obviously) for them; and 3.  Erin and Caroline have another sister who they used to refer to as their 'non-crafty' sister, but who has recently surprised them by turning her hand to sewing.  I have three sisters (and two brothers), and my younger sister Buffy (Elizabeth) was also, until recently, referred to as the 'non-crafty' one.  But she has also surprised us by becoming an amazing and meticulous quilter (I hope to feature one of her quilts very soon)! 

 

Anyway....I knew Erin would be a great choice in being on my tour... have a look at this gorgeous dress she recently self drafted...so pretty!

Erin was also one of my pattern testers and made the sweetest dress for her even sweeter daughter, Coco.  Here is a sneak peak...
