A mint and mustard dress

December 16, 2015

It has been a while since I sewed and blogged something.  Today I am sharing a version of my Miss Polly dress pattern that I made Juliette a few weeks back.

The fabric was sponsored by the lovely Hawthorne Threads and is from their own line of fabric. It is called triangle mosaic in aspen  from their beautiful 'fawn' collection and is a lovely soft blue/mint and cream.  I paired it with some cross hatched mustard fabric I already had and used cream piping for detail.

The fabric was lovely to work with and softened up well after a wash.

I need to get to my ironing basket so Juliette can wear this dress again! Thank you Hawthorne Threads for the lovely fabric.

Happy Christmas to all my readers - thanks for supporting sewpony this year:)
