FEATHER TINNY DRESS

 A couple of months ago, I received a lovely surprise in the post.  A paper copy of the wonderful Tinny Dress pattern by my friend An from StraightGrain!  I helped An a while back with the line drawings for the pattern and although she had already been very generous in sending me this lovely fabric, she spoilt me by sending a copy.  I arrived home from the post shop to find another parcel in my mail box.  Some beautiful fabric from Mon Depot!  This beautiful feather fabric was designed by Wolf + Rita (and is unfortunately currently out of stock - sad face).  It caught my eye the moment I first saw it on Instagram a few weeks before.  An had noticed me commenting on someone's post about how much I loved the fabric, so she sent me some!! So kind - thank you An!

It's been a while since I have blogged! A long time since I made Isabella a dress. I spent some time in my sewing room today and I made this dress for her. The beautiful fabric was sent to me from my lovely blogging friend An, from the beautiful blog, StraighGrain.  I helped An out with some of the line drawings for her Tinny pattern and she sent me this gorgeous fabric as a gift (as well as another piece which I will show you another time).

I am a big fan of the Belgian blog StraightGrain, written by my friend An.  An has just re released her Tinny pattern with a multitude of options! I helped An out a little with reviewing her pattern and helping with some of the line drawings of the pattern options. Of course I had to sew up a new Tinny because all the versions I have seen on An's blog are so lovely!
