finch pattern tour - day 3

July 06, 2018

Today is the third and final day of the Finch dress pattern tour.  Until tomorrow (Saturday 7th July 4pm AEST), you can receive 20% off the Finch dress pattern (now also available in Dutch) by using the code: FINCHFRIENDS.  Apply at checkout.  Click HERE FOR ENGLISH, and HERE FOR DUTCH.  Today Angie, Laurence, Mijke and Eveline are sharing their gorgeous Finch dresses!

I discovered Angie Burgett's IG account and blog a few months ago and have been following her keenly ever since.  She sews and kits beautiful things for her equally beautiful daughter, Joni.  Angie lives in the US and by the look of the backdrop in these photos, lives somewhere with breathtaking views! Joni looks so pretty in this sky blue scalloped Finch dress.  See more here.

Laurence blogs at I Sew Blanche and shares her creations on IG too.  She makes amazing clothes for her son and daughter and has also designed her own beautiful fabric collection.  Laurence went to great lengths to make and photograph this dress on her sweet little daughter Celeste who was ill not long before these photos.  Wow! What a dress!! So pretty and this fabric is just perfect!!  See more here.

Mijke lives in the Netherlands and is an amazing lady who loves to sew for herself and her two kids, Hugo and Rose.  Mijke helped me a lot with developing the Issie top pattern and has made a perfect 'grown up' dress for her lovely daughter Rose. Juliette spied Rose's dress and said, "Mummy can I have that?"  See more here.

Eveline lives in Switzerland and shares her sewing at Froelein Tilia.  She makes fabulous clothes for herself and her children and made a stunning blue cotton lawn.  Eveline swapped the elastic casing for four rows of shirring instead.  Love this detail and might have to copy!! Head over to Eveline's blog to see some beautiful photos of her daughter strolling through this beautiful field!!! Thank you Eveline!

Thank you so much Joni, Laurence, Mijke and Evline!!
