WOMEN'S ISSIE PATTERN TOUR - DAY 4

August 31, 2018

Today is day 4 of the Women's Issie pattern tour! Until September 3rd, seventeen talented sewers will be sharing Issie tops and dresses they have made for themselves or their older daughters.  And some will be twinning with their younger ones!! Throughout the tour you can receive a 10% discount on all sewpony patterns with the coupon code: WOMENSISSIE10. You can purchase the pattern in a bundle or on its own in both English and Dutch.  Find the options here.  Today Claudia, Fanny and Anke are sharing their makes!

Fanny from Fratsels lives in Belgium with her family and sews for her kids and herself.  Fanny helped me with testing the women's Issie pattern and the first sample she made was this gorgeous Issie suit! I love this fabric! If you don't already follow Fanny on IG and her blog, head over and follow - she makes great stuff! She is also sharing how she created this outfit.

Claudia from frl.love has a been a tester of mine for a while and was very excited when I extended the size range to fit 12Y for my recent girls' patterns, and even more excited when I released the Issie pattern for women! She loves sewing for her growing daughters.  Her youngest (pictured) is between kids/womens sizing so she fit into the Women's Issie.  The ruffles on Claudia's top are un-hemmed and laid on top of the garment since they are made of velvet. The result is  a pretty wide ruffle.  Head over to Claudia's IG page to see the Issie top she made her older daughter.

Anke from Amore lives in Belgium and I have known her in the online sewing world for a few years now. She has sewn nearly all the sewpony patterns and is my chief Dutch translator! Anke makes gorgeous stuff for her daughters and is also a new and amazing knitter! Occasionally Anke sews for herself.  Anke made a lovely short sleeved Issie top with Rose collar. Head over to her blog to see more!

Thank you Fanny, Claudia and Anke!

Come back on Monday for the final day of the tour!
